Tom Seid worked as a film editor for 20 years with such talents as Tim Burton, Johnny Depp, and Bruce Willis. His career in film allowed him to travel and live in many cosmopolitan places including New York, Los Angeles, and Rome, the rural beauty of Montana, and the foothills of the Rockies in Boulder, CO. He is also a trained psychotherapist and studied to be an actor with Uta Hagen. He is also guilty of being a drummer in a rock n roll band.

Being a realtor brings all these skills together for him. Marin is now his permanent home, and would rather help others relocate, than relocate himself.
